In compliance with numeral 5 of article 2, regarding the maintenance of the registration in the National Registry of the Stock Market and the submission of continuous information, in which the tariff of the services to be provided is requested, we put to your consideration that the Establishment of our fees is made on the basis of estimating the number of hours necessary to invest in the process of gathering, reviewing and analyzing the information.

The budgeted hours proposed to be invested are divided between those corresponding to partners, tax managers, audit managers, personnel in charge of the commitment and assistants.
